Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) asked former FBI Director James Comey how he perceived popular vote loser Donald Trump’s “request about Mike Flynn,” whether he “perceived it as an order, given the setting, the position and some of the circumstances,” Comey was definitive. “Yes.”
