Trump is under a lot of pressure these days. Between freaking out about the Russian investigation, engaging in schoolyard taunts with Kim Jong On, and trying to ram a disastrous health care bill on the America people, he has Presidential duties to perform in the wake of natural disasters.
While he may be under pressure, much of it self-inflicted, this latest display of incoherence is concerning. Recently, Trump was in Florida thanking the first responders to Hurricane Irma in Florida. During his speech, he mentions the Vice President, Mike Pence, who is standing to his right. He then gives his regrets that his wife Melania couldn’t be there. He continues, saying about Melania that “it’s really touched her heart”. While he is saying all this, Melania is standing there right beside him, to his left.

Here is a transcript:
...I just want to thank everybody, the first responders, on behalf of myself, our Vice President.
Melania really wanted to be with us, she's really...it's really touched her heart what's gone on here. We've seen the devastation.
When the President of the United States is unable to tell that his own wife is standing beside him, is it not the time for some serious debate around his fitness for office? Is this not what the 25th amendment was made for?
Do you think Trump is fit for the office of the President of the United States?
